The Platform
How Zalera decides, for every customer, every send.
Three steps from raw CRM data to a routed send. No new infrastructure. No data migration.
Step 1
Pull behavioral context from your CRM
Before any send decision, Zalera reads the behavioral record your CRM already holds for each recipient: email open and click history, push notification response rates, purchase lifecycle stage, days since last order, and custom events your team has mapped.
Specific Braze event types supported include email_click, email_open, push_notification_open, purchase, and custom_event. Klaviyo equivalents are read through the Profiles and Events API. No event transformation required on your end.
Step 2
Per-person decision scoring at send time
When a send is triggered, Zalera scores each recipient in the segment against your available message variants. The model asks a narrow question: for this customer, at this moment, which of these variants has the highest expected click-through?
The scoring model is trained on your own historical engagement data, not a generic baseline. It improves with volume. Early pilots see statistically significant lift after roughly 10,000 scored decisions.
Confidence scores are returned with each decision. Your team can inspect which variants were considered and why the selected one won, giving you a clear audit trail for every routing choice.
Decision audit
Variant A • score 0.84
Variant B • score 0.61
Variant C • score 0.47
Step 3
Native execution inside your existing tools
Zalera does not replace Braze or Klaviyo. It acts as a decision layer before the send step. Your team continues writing campaigns in the tool they already know. Zalera intercepts at the variant selection moment.
The workflow: your marketer sets up message variants inside Braze or Klaviyo as normal. Zalera maps the behavioral features to the variants. At send time, Zalera returns the selected variant to your CRM as a custom attribute. The CRM sends the message using that attribute to filter content blocks.
Setup takes roughly 20 minutes for a Braze team, 30 minutes for Klaviyo. No data warehouse required. No engineering sprints. A marketer can complete the integration.
